• 1x refrigerated batter dispenser patented in stainless steel. This dispenser is fixed on a rail which enables you to move it from one griddle to another. The rail has stiffened slightly but it is still operable.It is equipped with a crepe. counter that allows you to check the number of crepes made during a day. A thermometer gives you the temperature of the crepes batter and an adjustment permits you to measure the good quantity of batter to pour on the crepes griddle
• 3x refrigerated gastro containers with lid (American System patented) for cold ingredients such as fresh strawberries, ham, cheese. The containers are in contact with the refrigeration system to maintain the ingredients at low temperature
• 1x oil greaser with containers
• 2x stainless steel spatulas to turn the crepe over
• 1x stainless steel water container for batter T-bars to spread the batter
• 1x removable shelf to extend the working top: 68X40 cm without metal pole to prop it up. This can easily be replaced for not much cost
• 1x Perspex splash guard. (The perspex has three superficial cracks in it and has been scratched but they haven't weakened the structure of it
• 1x Perspex storage cover with cylindrical stainless steel base Fitted with a coil system for ease of use. 52 cm diameter. The user can stack up to 100 crepes and keep them fresh.

The griddles are not in contact with the worktop as there is a gap in between (Crêpes de France system) that allows the crumbs to fall in a stainless steel tray. This system makes cleaning fast and very easy.

The bottom part is divided into two parts.

• The Refrigerated Part

The cooling system runs on an electrical fridge, 22O/23O volt 5O period that allows you to store cold ingredients, cold drinks or your batter made in advance all day long.

• The \"Dry\" Part

This part is reserved for the storage of crepe batter bags, plastic plates, cutlery, napkins, dry ingredients etc..

The trolley is equipped with two wheels of 12 in diameter (rubber tyre) and a directional wheel. A single person can move it very easily. two wheels have breaklocks however, one lock is broken.

The mobile creperie also comes with a grey, heavy duty, waterproof canvass that slips over the roof of the trolley and can be padlocked.
